Ronnie Beard is an internationally respected trainer and coach. Beard’s passion for developing young horses is widely known. His uncanny ability to discover talented young horses and develop them into international superstars is legendary. Beard’s training program emphasizes flat work, which he believes is the key to developing a winner in the show ring.
As a coach, Beard’s results speak for themselves. Under his tutelage, many of Wyndmont’s athletes achieve national and international success and recognition at top horse shows.
Beard is a highly sought after R-rated judge, having judged many important shows including the AHSA Medal Finals.
Currently, Beard serves on the Show Jumping High Performance Committee and is chairman of the USEF Talent Search Task Force. Beard contributes countless hours of giving back to the equestrian sport by heading the Developing Riders Program and the Emerging Athletes Program.
Beard founded the USET Developing Rider Committee and played an instrumental role in establishing the prestigious Maxine Beard Show Jumping Award in honor of his mother.
Michael Dorman competes in show jumping on the national and international levels. In addition to many wins in the grand prix division, he has represented the United States on several gold and silver medal Nations Cup teams, as well as placing in international World Cup competitions.
Equally competitive in the professional hunter divisions, Dorman continues to win numerous championships at the nation's most prestigious competitions.
